The business / spa itself is newer, modern, and aesthetic. It is conveniently located in a new plaza with plenty of other businesses, and plenty of parking. You can book conveniently online, confirm your appointment, and do all of the new client paperwork. The services offered are what you would honestly expect at "high-end" and largely staffed med spas, with a provider there and RNs or NPs, including their prices. I genuinely wanted to give them a try and they had a special off on their hydrafacial. The facility does not have a provider here, RNs or NPs so when I realized this after my very first visit, I was a bit taken aback that they have such high cost of facials, lasers and other things considering it is still a smaller medspa with basically, no one there. But again, I wanted to give them a try and had no problem paying for any service I took the time to book after some research, as long as the service would be worth it. The employee / owner (whoever the lead person there is) is highly unprofessional. After I reached out to her politely and kindly, to simply give feedback on my experience and hydrafacial, she was extremely abrupt, very straight forward in a rude way, and was going back and forth WITH A CLIENT who is not abrupt or rude. I was literally baffled. I reminded the lady that I am a new client sharing my experience and feedback about the facial I received which was very quick and not thorough for being a hydrafacial, and that my skin was completely left with blemishes and pores, and there was no glow; there was only a glow because she put quick creams on afterwards, but nothing that I am used to. A hydrafacial is an in-between service that I like to get, especially during the summer time, where I want to get super hydrated, glowing and clean skin. I needed extractions from the hydrfacials (not manual), and of course, with such an extensive hydrafacial that is usually, long and detailed, there is a small improvement in the face and the details. Unfortunately, this was not achieved. My reasoning on reaching out to Nisreen, the employee, is to see her feedback and of course, she should have been very open to this, understanding, and looking for a resolution for me - the way customer service in this field works. Unfortunately, it may be a cultural reason or simply ignorance, but she was very dry, rude, short, and unprofessional with her responses to me via text message. She even rushed the responses because the messages went through to her during a weekend. She ended her responses, after I quickly corrected her and her bad attitude, letting me know that they can handle my concerns after the business opens in a week... If no one has already told you, you can't be one of 1000 med spas in DFW with high prices and everything nice and modern, and you don't know how to show empathy, kindness and complete professionalism. You are in the wrong profession!

Had the most pleasant experience with L’Amour. Nisreen had me come in for a free consultation - she was direct, honest, and generous in assessing what I actually needed and setting me up with a regimen of skincare samples to calm my irritated skin before coming back for treatment. They clearly care about doing good work and helping their clients. Tka did my hydra facial and she was so polite, professional, kind, and diligent. She took the time to assess my skin and adjust my treatment accordingly. She made me feel taken care of and left my skin looking perfect and hydrated! These are ladies you can trust.
