I had an amazing experience at Metamorph Med Spa in Plano! Lexi was wonderful💖 she explained everything to me and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire visit. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. I absolutely love this place and the excellent customer service. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Lexi and Metamorph Med Spa to anyone looking for a great experience! First time here, was nervous walking in but instantly the receptionist made me feel very welcomed and was very kind! I was seen by Emily for lip filler & Botox and she completely educated me and throughly explained everything and answered all my questions. She was very honest and I really appreciated honesty rather than someone trying to sell you something!!! The whole process was very smooth and painless. The medspa is very clean and organized! Overall a great experience. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience with Michele! She is a very skilled esthetician who did a fantastic job with my treatment. What really stood out to me was how informative she was throughout the process. She explained every step, answered any questions I had, and gave me some tips for my skincare routine at home. Highly recommend!

I’ve had such a great experience at Metamorph Med Spa! I’ve done two microneedling sessions so far...my first with Yuridia and my second with Emily. Both were amazing. I’m already seeing really nice results and couldn’t be happier with how my skin is improving. I’ve also gotten Botox here and had a great experience with that as well. I’m coming back in two weeks for my under eyes and I’m really excited! The entire staff is so professional and kind. Sarah has been so sweet and helpful with scheduling and making everything easy. Overall, I highly recommend Metamorph Med Spa...they truly take care of you and deliver beautiful results.

This Medspa has been absolutely amazing. I recently had a liquid rhinoplasty and chin filler done, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The staff made me feel completely confident that I was in good hands, and at no point did I feel nervous or unsure. The pain was extremely minimal, and everything was explained clearly and calmly. Everyone here is welcoming, supportive, and genuinely invested in making sure you feel comfortable. The results were great, the environment felt safe, and the professionalism was consistent from start to finish. This is officially my go‑to place for any future treatments!
