This was my first time and it went great. Morgan was amazing she talked me through the process so I wouldn't be so nervous. I wish she could do my treatment every time. There was definitely good energy in room and I felt so comfortable in the room. Thank you Morgan how to see you again. The financial process went great and reasonable price.

Phenomenal service and very informative. So far the products recommended to me have helped my skin alot. They dont just reccomended their own, my technician reccomended me things that suited my skin that I could even get from Amazon. She was very attentive to my concerns and offered alterations on my treatments to ensure the results I desired.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Novuskin Med Spa! From the moment I walked in, I truly felt like a VIP. The spa is absolutely beautiful, spotless, and filled with such positive, welcoming energy. Every single person I encountered was kind, genuine, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. A HUGE shoutout to Brittney, Gizelle, and Bryanna for creating such an incredible experience. They are the definition of “girls girls.” They took the time to really listen to my body goals, educate me on my options, answer every single question, and make me feel supported instead of pressured. I have been to other med spa consultations before where it felt rushed or like a sales pitch, and I never committed because the experience just did not feel authentic. Novuskin was the complete opposite. Brittney was so knowledgeable and made me feel confident and excited about my journey. Gizelle was amazing during treatments and made me feel completely at ease the entire time. Bryanna truly made me feel like a star with her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. The entire team genuinely cares about helping you look and feel your best. If you are nervous about trying a med spa or have been hesitant because of past experiences, THIS is the place to go. Novuskin completely exceeded my expectations and I am so happy I trusted them with my journey.

Where do I start, firstly the ambience and the greeting is really good. Then Rae helped me analyze my skin and asked everything about my daily routine, health conditions. She is really good, composed and understanding… listened to everything I said and finally designed a plan which is best for me. I am really excited for my upcoming visits and results.

I have been a member for 2 years at Novuskin Frisco. The first year was great. Great service. Nice people. Great treatments. It was easy to schedule and I tried all kinds of treatments. But I just signed a new 1 year contract in February and I did a treatment then but I have not been able to get in until July for my second treatment. Now I have a crazy schedule and it limits me to weekends only. And so I can make an appointment but if I need to reschedule it’s at least 5 - 6 weeks out for weekends only. And for Botox. You better schedule for the year and for now they have no nurse for Botox treatments until after June 30th and then she’s out another weekend or 2 in July. So, if you are really busy or your schedule changes frequently I strongly suggest you look for another place. I have found several places closer to me now but unfortunately I have $1300.00 tied up with Novuskin. Great treatments but zero flexibility.
