Rayne and Patty were both incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional throughout my laser hair removal consultation and treatment journey. Patty took the time to clearly explain how the laser machine works and how the settings, including temperature levels, are adjusted based on individual skin tone and treatment areas. She patiently answered all of my questions and helped me understand the process thoroughly. Rayne was extremely patient, detailed, and caring. Before starting the treatment, she performed a patch test and carefully explained each step, making sure I felt comfortable and informed. Her friendly and approachable nature made it easy for me to discuss my concerns and ask questions. She listened attentively and addressed everything with professionalism and compassion. My treatment process is still ongoing, but so far I have been very pleased with the experience and level of care I have received. I truly appreciate the time, attention, and expertise that both Rayne and Patty provide. They have made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. I highly recommend them to anyone considering laser hair removal.

The team is very friendly, takes time to listen to concerns, and always provides thoughtful skincare suggestions and tips tailored to my needs. So glad I drove by and found this local gem. It’s a great one stop shop for all beauty and wellness services. I seen Luz for a custom facial and dermaplaning. She was great! Was thorough and explained everything. The owner, Pari, came out to personally greet me and ask how my service was and shared what they offer. I’ll be back and recommend!

came here to complete my full body laser treatments over the course of 1yr+. overall, my experience with the technicians/staff themselves and treatments was good. they were friendly and thorough in their work. however, my interaction and experience with the owner herself was a bit frustrating and unprofessional. when it came to giving feedback about the treatments, i simply notified her that the growth on my face was significantly higher, actually a lot more than I originally ever had. it was shocking to see so much hair on my face and i just wanted to know the options to add on a few more sessions. she immediately turned to diagnose me with PCOS which I found incredibly offensive as she is not a medical professional or doctor of any kind. I am a healthy individual and go for annual checkups and most certainly do not have PCOS. I found her attitude to be really cold and defensive, blaming it all on the client (either having PCOS or not shaving properly). I ended up going to a different place for maintenance sessions. overall, customer service and communication is as important, if not more, than the service itself. it can easily turn existing customers away to seek services elsewhere.
