Revive Primary Care & Med Spa - Highland Park

My only critique was my wait time. My appointment was at 10:40a. I arrived early. I was not seen until after 11. Outside of that I have no complaints. The inside is nice, clean and welcoming. The staff there were very helpful and kind. I have found a new PCP 😎.

The staff were courteous and friendly. FNP Mulikat was great at attending to my visit. Had my blood drawn by Lucy —for my annual checkup, — and I didn’t feel a thing; it was almost as if the needle wasn’t there. Excellent technique. Highly recommend.

I had the BEST primary care experience. From the moment I walked through the door every woman was so kind. Dr.Riley was very personable. She makes you feel like she’s known you forever while she shares her knowledge. I avoid going to the doctor because it’s just a very uncomfortable place for me but REVIVE changed that for me. Thank you!

I have been coming to Lively Med for a while now for weight loss.Alyssa and Cindy are always eager to help and very professional. I will definitely be referring my friends and family for all their skin care and weigh loss needs!! As a bonus it doesn’t break the bank!!!

Wasted my time because I didnt want to sign their shady new patient forms. I discourage everybody to sign their vague billing policies. Billing for follow up phone calls... never heard of that. These things should be illegal. They refused to give care when I refused to sign the form. And said refund of copay will be a week. Lets see .... Edit: I went to other providers for the same issues after this who did not have those forms. Dont let these people gaslight you.
