Revive Primary Care & Med Spa - McKinney

I used this office 8-9 months ago for a wellness screening and a women’s yearly exam as a 25 year old getting her first Pap smear I would have been really happy to have HPV included in that exam. Not a reflex….. and was there ever a check for abnormal cells. Coming from someone who works in diagnostics testing and lab testing. I feel this office failed big time to do their job. I would recommend using a different office for women health exams. I am disappointed from one healthcare worker to another that the job was not well taken care off. Lack of care and sympathy. Thank you. Please do a better job at evaluating all issues in the future now 8 months later as a 25 YEAR OLD WOMEN with my first Pap smear done I’ll never know if I was HPV positive which should be a automatic GIVEN testing, now I have to seek means and do other test in my own hands. Not happy.

The front desk was amazing very caring and making sure that I had what I need and that my insurance was taken care of. I also was very pleased with this with the provider because she was very kind and caring and compassionate and wanted to know what I actually needed. They also worked hard to make sure that I was able to see the Doctor No matter what.

The experience that I’ve had in the last few months has been amazing Doctor Bowen listens to every single word I say and doesn’t miss anything. The staff is amazing so sweet. The office is very clean and organized. I would give them 10 stars if I could on here.

I put in a prescription refill on a Friday and had to call multiple times to get them to actually put it through on a Monday after I had went a weekend in pain. I had dr Bowen move my virtual appointment up 10 minutes so I had to rearrange work. Dr bowen then never joined the call after me waiting 40 minutes. I had to get back to work so I couldn’t even be seen. Extremely unprofessional establishment that does not care about its patients.
