I can’t say enough good things about Izzy and the team at Skin Pharm. When I first started coming here, I knew absolutely nothing about aesthetic treatments and was honestly a little nervous. Izzy took so much time to walk me through every option, explain what each treatment does, what to expect, and answered all of my questions. I felt like she genuinely cared about helping me make the best decision for my skin. The results have been amazing, but what stands out the most is how comfortable and confident she’s made me feel throughout the process. The entire staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly, which makes every visit a great experience.

My injector Lauren is the best. I went in for a full facial balancing that included lip filler and I absolutely love the results. She is kind, listens to your concerns, and walks you through everything as she is doing it. Highly recommend!!

Isabelle (izzy) botched my smile right before my WEDDING. She ruined my wedding photos. I will never phathom the carelessness she has. She showed no remorse. She avoided me, she didn’t call me like she said she was going to after hearing about what happened. During my appt with her right before my wedding I asked for masseter Botox yet she advised against it because there was a risk it would affect my smile, I definitely didn’t want to risk that so I happily agreed to not getting the masseter Botox. I respected that she was taking a conservative approach and I had no problem with not treating the area. She then recommended getting Botox in my jaw instead which would give a similar jaw snatching effect. I had never heard of getting Botox in the jaw and really didn’t care for it but I trusted her so I said why not. Especially because she claims to be very conservative. BIGGEST REGRET. Within 5 days my smile was completely crooked. One side of my smile was completely frozen. I looked horrible. I was in full panic as I had an engagement shoot in the next 2 weeks and MY WEDDING within 6 weeks. As you may know there is no solution to undo the effects of Botox so my smile was ruined for my wedding. Can you imagine how this felt? I spend 2 years and lots of money on my wedding to then hate all the pictures because she ruined my SMILE. Not only that but during my appt she was hopping around between me and another patient and it just did not feel like she was really focusing on giving me the best results. It made me nervous that she was just hopping around and rushing between me and this other patient but I didn’t say anything because I thought she knew what she was doing. And again this was my appt right before my wedding so it was a very important appt and she should have given me her undivided attention. Izzy kept saying the Botox will settle and it will resolve itself soon. Obviously that never happened so they had Molly inject the other side of my smile to try and even it out but it just didn’t look like me. It didn’t look like my original smile and there was literally nothing else I could do. I’m still so confused why Izzy even recommended the jaw Botox. I’m convinced she had no idea how to do masseter Botox so instead she recommended something else so that I would still spend more money during my appt. I should have gone to the surgeon who has always done my masseter Botox instead of trusting these inexperienced young girls at Skinspharm who pretend to know what they are doing. If you want to be treated somewhere based on how cute the office looks then go to skinpharm. If you want to be treated by professionals who actually know what they are doing then go somewhere else.

Isabelle Burdick listens to my concerns, and with her expertise, helps to form a comprehensive plan. We re- evaluate along the way, noting how my skin responds. I love how detailed Isabelle is when explaining my options . She is patient, thorough, and gentle. I am beyond impressed! I am currently loving the PRP microneedling. WOW! My skin is radiant and appears more youthful. I have never felt so confident at this age! From the moment you walk through the doors into the reception area, you feel welcomed, comfortable, and pampered. The ambiance is exquisite! And the results of my visits keep me coming back. I won't go anywhere else or to anybody else but Skin Pharm and Taylor Peck! She has truly made me feel the most confident in my skin. While preparing for my wedding, she built a perfect plan that addressed all of my concerns and then some. I had never been happier with my skin than I was on my wedding day which felt so special. Turned me into a quick lifetime member of her services!! lol Also, the Dallas office is stunning and so aesthetic which makes it a very comfortable place to be poked! Haha
