I went to the downtown Dallas location and the staff was amazing and make you as comfortable as possible. My results were great and they addressed all of my problem areas efficiently. The office is nice and clean and they offer so many other services that I’m interested in looking into!

I had a really great experience at SureMED. I originally found them through a Groupon, but the service felt anything but a “Groupon experience.” The entire team was extremely professional and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They were prepared for me and started right on time, which I really appreciated. Everything felt organized, clean, and well run. The ladies and the gentleman who run the facility were all friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions so I felt comfortable before we got started. Trying a new place for Botox can be a little nerve-racking, but they made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I’m really glad I found them and would definitely go back again. Highly recommend SureMED if you’re looking for a professional and trustworthy place.

I cannot say enough amazing things about SureMed and especially Chinonso! My mom and I both went this past week, and we are beyond happy with our results. From the moment we walked in, you can tell how much care and intention she puts into every detail. Her space is absolutely beautiful and feels so warm and welcoming. Chinonso is not only incredibly talented, but also so kind and genuinely invested in her patients. I shared with her that my mom actually left tearing up because she hadn’t had Botox in about 10 years and finally felt like herself again. Truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. 5 stars ALL around!!!

Great experience! Chinonso was so gentle. She was absolutely phenomenal and cannot wait to see my results in a couple weeks. Mike at the reception desk was so nice too! I will definitely be going back for all my cosmetic needs!

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience getting Botox here two weeks ago. Upon leaving the office I could feel something was wrong, the entire top half of my face was very painful and I had a terrible headache. I then noticed lumps on all of the injection sites. This pain and these lumps lasted two days. Two weeks later and I have zero results from the Botox. They also said they used 60 units, the most I’ve ever previously received is 40 units and that is more than enough to work on the areas that I had done. I have never had significant lasting pain or lumps from Botox injections in the ten years I have been getting it. I contacted them and they said it was a “bad lot” and they let Allergan know. While I do not have evidence, it is my strong belief that they tampered with the products in order to offer at such a low price. The chances of it being a bad batch from the pharmaceutical company that has layers of quality assurance is a wild suggestion. They offered for me to come in for a touch up but I absolutely did not feel safe doing this. They agreed to refund and then only refunded half. Also, in case they try to say I wasn’t a patient, this review is listed at my maiden name.
