The Spa at the Joule

I had the gentlemans facial recently. The Spa was really nice on the guys side. I only saw one other guy basically the while time. I think there is generally less guys than girls at the spa, as my wife said there was several on her side. My esthetician Lorena did a great job. She was very professional and knowledgable. Very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend for guys to get a facial.

Well, ladies and gentleman , I had an absolutely fantastic day here. Reyna at the front desk was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and Emilie, my esthetician, was simply incredible. I had an amazing time, even though I only did a facial. I ended up feeling incredibly relaxed after using the sauna, steam room, and cold shower. The pool was also a great addition. I used Valmont products, and my skin looked absolutely beautiful at the end of the session. I highly recommend booking an appointment before you visit so you can fully enjoy all the facilities. And let me tell you, I absolutely love my champagne! 🍾

I had the most wonderful spa day at The Joule Hotel Spa for my birthday, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly pleasant, welcoming, and attentive, making the entire experience feel special and relaxing. A special shoutout to Sydney, who gave me the best Swedish massage I’ve ever had. She was not only highly skilled but also extremely sweet and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. I left feeling completely refreshed, rejuvenated, and so glad I chose to spend my birthday there. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing experience. I’ll definitely be returning!

First time to this Spa and it met all my expectations I’m definitely going back. Kinda new to the Dallas area and I think this will be a quarterly regular for me as I live near downtown. I only went for a massage but utilized the other amenities which you can take advantage of an hour before and after your appointment. It’s not cheap, definitely a splurge. Had a 50 minute Swedish massage which was great! The 2 glasses of complimentary champagne, Rosé or Mimosas is a nice touch. The amenities were clean and well maintained the entire time I was there. A nice quiet and peaceful retreat even just for a few hours. The hotel Joule is also beautiful btw.

Every turn was very friendly amd easy! Parking- included with purchase Questions- front desk has answers Atmosphere- calm, relaxing, and focused on you and your preferences I work as a receptionist and was focusing on my lower back. Jeffery was great with my requests for my customized massage. Jeffery was very kind and helpful telling me options and checking in with my comfort. Everyone I have interacted with has been kind and helpful. I have left feeling rejuvenated and planning my next trip!
