I have had very beautiful results with Alenia. I just completed my second microneedling session. She offers suggestions to enhance results and educates, and provides before and after results during the sessions. The skin care she has suggested has also maintained my beautiful results. I have had so conpliments on my skin only after one session. She communicates well asking for the areas of concern during treatment. The entire staff is very welcoming as well and kind .

I highly recommend UMed for injectables. I initially had some anxiety due to a bad experience with a previous provider. I feel so comfortable and at ease now. Drea has been treating my forehead wrinkles and lips for the past couple of years. She is the best. She asks thorough questions, gets a full handle on any concerns I might have, and offers effective treatments. And something else that's very important to me- I've never felt pressured into buying excessive add-on treatments or pricey skincare products. However, I would like to note that they sell my favorite EltaMD products and that SPF protection is imperative. The front desk staff is also great! Very kind, helpful, and always super responsive.

The team is truly some of the best I’ve been to. Very experienced estheticians/technicians who know about their products/services and will guide me to understand what is the perfect amount of beautification needed. The front staff is comparable to a james beard award winner. Super helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Not kidding, I love going to UMed so much that I regularly drive from sleepy Tarrant County to Plano just for this team. 👏👏👏

Alaina did a fantastic job with my microneedling. I highly recommend her. I've had many microneedling's over several years, so I recognize good effective work. Also, the manager was accommodating regarding a paperwork issue that didn't applied to me. Good service overall.
