I cannot recommend Ashton enough! As a first-timer getting Dysport, I was definitely a little nervous, but she immediately put me at ease. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer all of my questions, and made sure I felt completely comfortable before doing anything. Ashton never made me feel rushed. She was so patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly cared about making sure I had the best experience possible. On top of being such a professional, she has the most fun personality and made the entire appointment enjoyable!!! The whole process was smooth, comfortable, and exceeded all of my expectations. I'm so thankful I chose Ashton, and I already can't wait to go back and see her again. If you're considering Dysport—especially if it's your first time—she's the one to see! 💕

I had such an amazing experience at VO Med Spa and I honestly cannot wait to come back! From the moment I walked in, Angelica at the front desk made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure everything was explained clearly from pricing to membership options, so there were absolutely no surprises or hidden fees. She constantly checked on me and even made sure my daughter was comfortable too, which meant so much to me. It really showed that they care not only about their patients, but also about the people who come with them. Melissa, the nurse who treated me, was AMAZING. She was so sweet, knowledgeable, communicative, and genuinely listened to what I wanted to achieve. She answered every question I had, made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process, and was very honest and informative the entire time. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in what she does. The entire experience felt professional, relaxing, fun, and welcoming from start to finish. I’m beyond happy with my results and ended up becoming a member because honestly, it’s a no-brainer if you plan on coming back, and trust me, after one visit, you definitely will! I’ve been to VIO Med Spa twice now and have had a great experience each time. Jennifer was amazing for my HydraFacial, and Ashton was wonderful for my Botox appointment. Both were professional, informative, and made me feel completely at ease. The entire staff has been friendly and welcoming, and the office is beautiful. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a med spa that makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Melissa. She is hands down the most wonderful injector and made me feel comfortable, heard, and confident through the entire process. She truly gave me my confidence back after something I’ve struggled with for years, which was my small lips. I have never been more in love with my results. My lips still look natural while giving me the fullness and balance I always wanted, and my chin enhancement tied everything together so beautifully. The entire staff was also so kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I walked in. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and take pride in what they do. Ashton did my lip filler and Daxxify today, and I’m so impressed! The injections were virtually painless, and her technique was incredibly skilled and gentle. My lips already look better than they have any other time I’ve had filler. I’ll definitely be going back to her!
