Woodhouse Spa - Plano

Amber was fantastic. It really was a great experience. I have had several deep tissue massages and hers was by far the best. I’ll be back. I did have a percentage coupon which made the cost more reasonable. They have a beautiful spa. Very inviting and relaxing.

My experience at the Woodhouse Plano was perfect! Amber was my therapist and she was very welcoming, attentive and caring throughout my soak and hot stone massage services. Services are on the expensive side being a luxury spa but the service and quality are worth it.

Great, high quality spa. They have changing rooms for men as well as women. The massage therapists are great. Very professional. They give you really good free drinks before and after. The relaxation room was good, but could be made better with recliners or with a water feature.

Update on my original review: After some delayed response from Woodhouse, I heard from Management and they graciously agreed to make our situation right. Not only did they refund the cost of the facial but also the cost of the other service! True example of good customer service! We have been here a couple of times before and have good experiences. It’s a beautiful setting. Last word on the subject: Ladies, if you are having a service from this spa or any spa and don’t feel like it’s going the way you would like, SPEAK UP! These services are too costly to walk away unhappy. Again, thank you Woodhouse Spa! Bought my daughter a massage and facial here. Paid an upcharge to have these services on a Saturday (total $305). The massage was fine, however the facial was unacceptable. The facialist had very bad breath which totally ruined the entire experience! Furthermore, she never told my daughter what she was doing and what products she was using (what a missed opportunity to sell products?). Have left 3 messages at the spa requesting a price adjustment or a return visit, all with no response. Spent another $300 for my daughter here in October and you can’t do me the courtesy of a return phone call? Never setting foot in here again and I would advise you not to either!

Husband and I went for a couples massage and Marcus and Erin did not disappoint. They were so kind and professional and did an amazing job as our masseuse. The staff were amazing and the ambience and experience was a 10/10. We will definitely keep going back. Thank you Woodhouse Spa for having us.
