I’ve been going to ZO for my facials for the past couple of years, and I truly can’t recommend them enough. My skin has completely transformed, and I have so much more confidence because of the care I’ve received. A huge thank you to Mia and my esthetician, Kyli, for always taking the time to listen, educate me, and recommend the best treatments and products for my skin. They’ve helped me fall in love with self-care, and it has become something I genuinely look forward to. The products they offer have made such a difference, and I recommend ZO to every friend and family member who asks about my skin. Emily at ZO Skin Centre has been my esthetician for a few years. She has helped me with my skin goals and worked with me to look my absolute best for my daughter’s wedding this past November. I’ve had several different treatments but my favorite is her Hydrafacial! My skin looks and feels amazing afterwards. I love it when someone doesn’t believe I’m about to turn 60- thank you Emily!! I’ve worked with Kyli for my last three visits and she is truly the best esthetician I’ve had. She provides an exceptional level of care and is so genuine, kind, and effortlessly personable, while also being incredibly talented at what she does. Every appointment leaves me feeling refreshed, confident, and genuinely cared for. The quality of care is consistently outstanding and I always feel like I am in the best hands. I also have to give a shoutout to Brittany at the front desk for her warm, welcoming energy every time I walk in. Check in and check out are always smooth and easy, and she helps make the entire experience seamless from start to finish. She is engaging and sets such a happy tone for the whole visit. I truly can’t wait to come back for more treatments. ZO Skin Centre is a gem and has truly made a positive impact on my view of skincare.

ZO is honestly one of the best spas I’ve ever experienced, hands down. From the first interaction to the actual treatment, every staff member is amazing. From the director, Mia, to the front desk, they are so sweet and professional. Truly always putting their patients first. I’ve been to both Carley and Miah for facial treatments and I cannot express the love and care they give their patients is a 10/10. They’re extremely gentle, informative, knowledgeable, and they walk you through exactly what to expect every step of the way. My injector, Jessica, was quick to ask what areas I wanted to focus on, gave me a clear game plan for next time, and honestly, the treatment was painless. Highly recommend ZO to anyone looking for a spa that truly cares about their clients. Thank you to the entire staff!
