I went into this with a lot of hope and positive expectations. My initial appointment was good and service was very professional. I signed up for the lowest cost program to try it out and see if it was going to work for me. After leaving the office it took awhile to establish contact and go over bloodwork and options from the doctor. We came up with a treatment plan and I looked forward to getting on a positive road. After the initial contact, communication became spotty, after reviewing my phone log I noticed no one was calling me back with updates and I had to continuously reach out for contact and information. I was told staff had been in an accident etc - I get it, things happen. While awaiting my promised prescription 3 to 4 weeks went by with no contact , no text, or emails. I reached out and was told my prescription had arrived but was apparently about to expire. I went back through my call log and noticed I did miss one call from them. I spoke with Jonathan and was extremely frustrated- I went a long time without any return calls or contact and was now being told my original treatment had expired and the only option I had was to pay another 500 to receive the treatment I had already payed 500 for. There was no consideration for the earlier lack of contact or follow up. I believe the whole situation could have been handled differently - customer service became non existent after the first payment - no other contact text, email or otherwise. So for my 500 + plus investment I received no help and the only option was to pay an additional 500 to receive what I should have gotten in the first place— sad that there seems to be no other recourse- still no contact. Can’t recommend them with this level of service - no assistance was even offered or mentioned—- sadly disappointing
