Driven Healthcare Urgent / Primary Care

Robin is absolutely fantastic!! I brought my two kiddos here to be seen in the evening hours and she took care of us with a kind heart. Normally when it’s a last minute visit to urgent cares they get irritated and want to rush people out. Driven is not that type of Urgent Care. They take time to hear your concerns and not just give their patients peace of mind, but mothers as well. Thank you so much Robin for being so friendly, welcoming, and showing great care for my children! Jisa was phenomenal with my kids and explained everything to where I could understand and help my children feel better. Wendy at the front was very friendly and helpful with checking in. Thank you so much for all you ladies have done for me and my children.

I was in my second day of feeling lousy and thought I would go to urgent care and get some medication and diagnosis. They got me in right away. They were thorough, but quick too. They knew what to give me and the next day I already felt so much better and continued to heal quickly so I could go back to work. The receptionist was so nice and competent as were the nurse and Dr. I highly recommend Driven Healthcard in Frisco.

Great place to go. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Doctors were knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and super attentive to things I was discussing. Highly recommend going for issues that are just short of an ER. If it requires ER level of attention, I would go to the ER, they are really good with assessments like that and will politely send you there.

The doctor was perfectly fine, but the front desk/administration made a frustrating mistake. Despite my explicit request to send my prescription to the Walgreens on Main St, they sent it to the CVS in Lebanon. To make matters worse, that CVS was already closed, forcing me to wait an extra day for my medication. Medical care is good, but coordination needs serious improvement

Absolutely love this place! We drive from an hour away to go to this place because they are the best! Love the online appt option. Always get right in so not exposed to others illnesses. And they can handle xrays, dehydration, testing, etc. Staff is always great. Robin is so friendly!
