Express Health Systems

I'm seriously super annoyed with this office. I used them before and never had an issue. I met with the NP and after paying more than 200 dollars .... I showed up to pick up my medication at the day and time only for them to tell me that the medication was not in STOCK. I called today because I had not heard back only to find that the NP sent the WRONG MEDICATION and that's why they didn't have it. I looked up the medication and it was a medication for schizophrenia completely unrelated !! This is people's lives here at stake, it's medication that can affect an individual!! I'm beyond upset. They said they would send the correct medication today abd the pharmacist states he hasn't received anything and the dose is incorrect... I'm about to cancel this payment and never come here again. Jonathon the pharmacist and Anita were great with helping me, but what is going on?!

I have been using this company for years & never had an issue; but this new management & office nurse for the Plano, TX office are horrible. Extremely unprofessional, customer service or satisfaction is a None factor for them. Demeanor is condescending. My last experience was horrible!

Emily was extremely helpful and nice. The storm made it very difficult for the virtual visit. She stormed into action by calling me back and rescheduling at my earliest time available also reassuring that my payment was on hold until the visited could be completed.

Great place! Everyone is nice and friendly. B12 shots are helpful.

I have been using Express for a few years now and I must say they have really just declined… Customer Service is atrocious.. just got off the phone with Jennifer Robb and her attitude, the tone, and speak to someone is not friendly at all. She did not ask me what my goals were, I told her my concerns with the meds and she brushed it off and told me to take them later… just absolutely disgusting rude… when you are a customer or really trying to understand your goals DONT COME HERE … you are just a number… this will be the absolute last time I use them… I will be looking for somewhere else
