I was given the run around by Theresa with communication that was completely contradictory. The hero bbl barely had any results and she admitted not doing a high setting bc she wanted to see how my skin reacted and wanted to be conservative which I appreciated. Therefore she said she would do another treatment free of charge but said to wait a few more months. When I tried to follow up again she didn't respond and said my message went to spam but miraculously found my message after a month. Then when I tried to reschedule bc I had family pictures and messaged the office instead, she said she never received it and that I could no longer do the follow up free of charge treatment bc now too much time has passed and that once it's more than 3 mos after initial treatment, I would need to pay for a new treatment. I feel like I'm getting the run around communicating with Theresa. It's clear she didn't want to do the free follow up treatment. I would have spent a lot of money with this company but after the treatment and poor communication I've received, I would not recommend wasting time here or specifically with Theresa.

Theresa is AMAZING! Did a Halo/Moxi/Pico with her last year and just did a Moxi maintenance follow-up and I couldn’t be more happy & ecstatic about my results. Her knowledge, attentiveness, and care are extremely rare! If you have any sort of melanin in your skin and are in the DFW area there is no one else you should be considering for lasers but her.

Theresa has absolutely transformed my skin. Not only are her product recommendations spot on, she walks you through the entire treatment and aftercare process and is always happy to answer any questions. She is a gem and I am so happy to have found her.

ALL the providers hands down! Theresa is a magician w her lasers and CK gives me the perfect balance when it comes to neurotoxins and filler. The wellness team and dietitian are beyond knowledgeable.
