This clinic could have been a great experience, but the front desk completely ruined it for me. I called to ask about the out of pocket cost for blood work, and the receptionist had no idea what was going on. She told me to call my insurance company, which I did, and they told me the provider should be able to give cash pricing information directly. It’s frustrating when a medical office can’t answer basic billing questions or provide clear information to potential patients. Professionalism and communication matter, especially at the front desk since they are the first point of contact. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I won’t be doing business with them anymore.

I recommend Total Freedom 100%. I was referred by a good friend. The staff are wonderful to work with. They are always so kind, helpful and supportive. Dr. Bob is very knowledgeable.

I had an appointment at 12:55pm and I was running late because I missed my exit. I called their office at 1:06pm and told them I was a few minutes away. The receptionist said they could not see me and that I was considered a no-show since I was over 10 minutes late and they would charge me $75!! This is the first time I'd EVER been late to an appointment at this doctor office and the fact that I called them and was only a few minutes away is just ridiculous! Needless to say, I've changed doctors.

I regret to share my experience with this practice. Unfortunately, I found the staff, particularly the receptionist Robin, to be unfriendly and unhelpful, which makes you uncomfortable from the moment you arrive. I had been warned about that to be honest. Additionally, the young girls drawing blood would poke and poke until they found a vein. The follow-through with the office was terrible and disorganized, with issues such as prescriptions not being sent in and records not being sent over when requested. Bob services are overshadowed by the overall management of the practice & leaves much to be desired. Based on my experience and my husband's, I cannot recommend this office due to significant concerns.

Dr. Bob and his team and the best! He has helped me so much with my hormones and I am thankful for him. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. You never feel rushed and he really listens to you. Can't rave enough about Dr. Bob!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! (I actually enjoy going to the Dr when I go to their clinic!)
