Reviews & ratings
I just want everyone to be very cautious with this company, especially when you see nonstop 5-star reviews everywhere. No business is perfect. Every company eventually has unhappy customers or bad experiences, so when you see almost nothing but perfect reviews, it makes you wonder whether negative reviews are being removed somehow. That’s just my opinion — I don’t have proof of that — but I do want to share my experience. Back in March, I had a consultation with this company regarding erectile dysfunction and paid around $400 for a product that honestly did not work for me. My understanding was that this was a one-time purchase just to try the product out. What I later discovered is that I had apparently been placed into a recurring subscription without realizing it. I was in the middle of buying a house and dealing with a lot financially, so I wasn’t closely monitoring every transaction in my account at the time. Later, when I reviewed my bank statements, I noticed additional charges of about $392.26 on April 15 and May 13. Here’s the issue: * I was charged on April 15, but no product was shipped. * I was charged again on May 13, but again no product was shipped. Then on May 19, I emailed the company asking for refunds for those charges because I never knowingly agreed to recurring billing. Less than 24 hours later, FedEx suddenly showed shipment activity. I personally believe they rushed shipments only after I requested refunds so they could create shipping records in case I disputed the charges with my bank. Again, that’s my opinion based on the timing. What makes this more concerning is that when I spoke with FedEx, they confirmed there were no shipments connected to the earlier charges from April or May at the time those payments were taken. What’s also frustrating is that this should have been a simple refund request handled through email. Instead, it feels like I now have to jump through hoops just to get my own money back. At this point, I’m going to let Chase Bank review everything because banks deal with disputes like this every day and can usually recognize when something doesn’t add up. And if this company somehow thinks last-minute shipping after a refund request is enough to justify the charges, then I’ll just handle it in small claims court if necessary. I’m very familiar with that process and have no issue pursuing it over a few hundred dollars. At that point, I wouldn’t just seek the refund itself — I’d also pursue compensation for my time and any other damages legally available if this situation continues. I strongly recommend reading all terms carefully before doing business with this company and monitoring your bank statements closely.
Doretta, Zach, Yudith and Veronica were so lovely, professional, kind, upbeat and knowledgeable! Fantastic experience for men’s health, wellness and weight management, hormones and more! I highly recommend!
Bri was spectacular to work with. I was in Dallas for a conference from Indiana and left my TRT at home while in a rush to catch my flight. My Indy GameDay and this location worked together and I was able to get my bi-weekly shot. Thank you for a great experience.
My experience with Gameday clinic has been great. I’ve consulted with Doretta, and also worked with Yudith, Zach, and Veronica. No complaints. Consult with them if you’re thinking about it.
Game day Men’s Health is an amazing clinic. The staff is amazing! Clean and organized. Did a blood panel and went over all information needed to move forward. Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve their life and daily needs.
