Five stars, 10/10 on all counts: affordable, convenient, very clean, professional, high-quality clinic. Perfect bedside manner: friendly, personable, professional, clear and quality communication, & ensured comfort at every step. Friendly staff, short wait time. For the procedure itself I decided to not take any Valium or Tylenol, and Dr. McAuliff was so good I felt almost nothing. The doctor explained steps he includes in the procedure to ensure success and prevent complications. The entire process from entrance paperwork to leaving the clinic after a successful procedure, was less than an hour. I was easily able to drive myself home, with no pain even an hour afterwards. I’m so glad I went here, and will definitely refer all my friends and family to Dr. McAuliff at Gentle Procedures / Comfort Procedures!

I am now 2.5 weeks post-vasectomy procedure and wanted to share my experience. If you're nervous, as I was, this was one of the easiest medical experience I've ever had. From entry in the front-door to back in my car to drive home, it took just over 30 minutes. Dr. McAuliff talked you through what to expect throughout the procedure and any discomfort was at a 1 or 2 on a scale of 10. Likewise, recovery has been very simple. Rested and took it easy for 2-3 days. Iced up and took some pain meds prescribed as needed. The pain was never over the equivalent a dull ache. By day 7 was feeling pretty much back to full-speed with the occasional physical reminder to not over do it. At two weeks, feel fully recovered and getting back to all normal activities. Great experience. Highly recommend Gentle Procedures and Dr. McAuliff.

We chose to get our son circumcised here and could not be happier. Dr. Tim is a consummate professional and did such an incredible job educating and informing us before the procedure. All the care staff and nurses were great too.

Gentlemen, look no further. You’ve found the Doctor you need. I had the procedure done yesterday and it was so smooth and easy. The two hardest parts about the appointment is #1 walking through the front door and #2 exposing your junk to a stranger. It’ll be just you and Dr Tim in the room, no random assistants. The numbing agent he uses works really well. I was concerned about that too because what….. compressed air? There must be some numbing agent in that mist he bursts at the injection site because I felt nothing and I mean nothing. We chatted the whole time about work & life. I went in fully sober, not as much as a Tylenol was taken prior. I still have not felt the need to take anything for pain, he’s that good. I inspected my gauze and there’s maybe 2 drops worth of blood on it. The incision is the size of a grain of rice. When you walk in, you will see a map on the wall of gentlemen who have come from near and far to see Dr Tim. I’m grateful he was only 40 minutes from home. A procedure like this you want competence over convenience. The guy is a smooth operator with incredible bedside manner. My recovery so far has been 10/10. Pain 0.5/10, I have not felt the need for pain meds or ice because there’s no swelling. Trust me, man to man brother to brother, Dr Tim is who you need to call to get this done.
