First time in this place and I won’t come back! Lab area chairs are filthy! If you expect someone to take a seat to wait, please clean your seats! Dusty, dried white spots ewww

1. Rooms don’t seem to have been cleaned in months, with dust and stains everywhere. 2. Waiting times both in the waiting area and then in the examination room are long.

I have Asperger's and ADHD and every time I go there they are patient and understanding they word everything in a way that I can easily understand also

So, today my daughter had her appointment at 3 pm. We were about two minutes late, and I rushed to get her checked in. But guess what? The receptionist totally ignored us! We were standing there for like three minutes, and there was no line or anyone else to help us. He was busy talking and didn’t even notice us. I, already in disbelief, said, ‘Excuse me,’ but he rudely told us to wait on line 3 and kept talking. I thought, ‘Why not just use my chart app to check in?’ So, I grabbed my phone and tried that. And guess what? He finally noticed and called us to get checked in. My husband checked us in, and we were both pretty upset. I mean, I bring my daughter here for the best care, and we have amazing people here, but this guy needs to remember that patients come first during business hours. The doctors are more than 5 stars and other receptionists too, but not this guy. I might be exaggerating, but he didn’t have to talk to us like that or give us any attitude whatsoever.

Very attended went the other day to sign in for a drop off for labs.....Mom recommended me to walk back in fourth sinces I live in the area .. keep me safe and sound thank u! Behind the village Baptist church... To lose weight either this year or next year in between the good weather early mornings... If a problem let some one no. Thank u have the rest of a good morning...
