Great clinic with a very welcoming environment. I came in for B12 and testosterone services and was impressed by how friendly everyone was. They made the whole process easy and stress-free.

The Low T Center is a fantastic place for those with testosterone and other hormone challenges. The Tech Morgan is the best phlebotomist I have ever known. I hate getting shots and her technique shots are virtually painless. She should be the chief trainer. Give her a raise now!!!

I enjoy visiting with Jessica. She is the best! I look forward to my visits with her. She is kind and has a great sense of humor too. She is clear in explaining or breaking things down for me so I completely understand. Her staff is kind and professional too. Prices are fair and haven’t change for me. I have not had one negative experience since I’ve been going here.

I’ve been to Low T clinics all across the country, and none come close to the level of professionalism, efficiency, and care that Jessica brings to the table at the Arlington location. From the moment you walk in, Jessica runs the clinic like a well-oiled machine. She’s fast, thorough, incredibly knowledgeable, and most importantly—she actually cares. I have been using this companies services for over five years and switched to this location. Last week I did my labs and got on their new home inject system. The home inject system takes a little while to start so I was promised a comp injection in one week to maintain the schedule. It was a lie. I showed up today for my comp and they said they stopped doing comps last week that I would have to pay extra for it (even though I already paid for a month of the service $105.00 and over $120.00 last week just for my labs.) After years of using this company, I'm now considering going somewhere else. They are not operating ethically on a corporate level. Very disappointed!!! Update: the owner's response to my complaint seems to be to blame the patients for them telling me I had a complimentary shot to fill in the home delivery gap and then not providing it when I showed up for my appointment the next week. This was the response in case it is edited later.
