Getting tired of not having shipments coming on time and then being charged for shots when i have already paid for them through Village. I don't think it’s fair for the customer to be inconvenienced because the system isn't as efficient as it once was. Nothing but delays on orders and also being told to “just do this” to get a courtesy shots for the delays - only to find out that’s not how the system works. Over the last 3 years of being here, nothing has been consistent with this place. It’s very exhausting.

go to this office every week for my injection, and the staff here is absolutely fantastic. Britney at the front desk is always friendly, professional, and makes check-in a breeze. Daii and Claudia, who usually give my injection, are outstanding — personable, efficient, and genuinely care about their patients. They always get me in and out quickly while still taking the time to make sure I’m comfortable and everything’s done right. I couldn’t ask for a better team. Highly recommend this office!

I was greeted by a warm and friendly receptionist who immediately made me feel welcomed. The clinical director and her assistants were thorough, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly and detailed. The techs were efficient, competent and worked seamlessly as a team. Overall the office runs smoothly, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Highly recommend!

Excellent health care, exceptional and caring staff. From the time you walk into the door until visit is complete you are treated like family. I would never go anywhere else.
