The Clinic is fine, however the Village Lane Apothecary they use for filling self injections is the absolute worst. They are late every time delivering my TRT shots and they leave it on my front porch where anyone can get it... including children. This is a schedule III drug. Unbelievable. I dont know why I cant get my script filled at a pharmacy of my choice.

I am a physician and I have received outstanding care. Thorough evaluations, close following of my Labs, and VERY friendly staff. I highly recommend Practitioner Shannon Justema clinic director. She keeps the staff moving working efficiently.

I’ve been going to the Low T Center in Richardson and have had nothing but a great experience. Gina at the front desk is super friendly and always makes check-in quick and easy. Ron’Nisha did my blood work and was professional, gentle, and explained everything clearly. Shannon, the provider, really took her time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood my treatment plan. The whole team is welcoming and professional! You can tell they care about their patients. Highly recommend this location if you’re considering treatment!

I am a current patient. Been going here for about 3 years. I have been off my TRT treatment for 3 weeks now because the pharmacy this clinic uses switched to a new system, and I have been unable to refil my prescription. I have called and left voicemails for both this clinic and the pharmacy, and nobody has called me back. I'm starting to feel like they don't care. Right now I'm seeking treatment somewhere else. **UPDATE RESPONDING TO THE RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER** I did previously contact the clinic directly from the phone number on the website and left 2 voicemails, and I stated in my review that I left voicemails. Never received a call back. I should not have to go up there in-person to get someone to pay attention to this. I spoke to the pharmacy once that I should get a text from the new system they are using, but I never did. I checked my spam texts and it wasn't there either. This is not the first time I have had issues with that pharmacy. You need to find a different one. I have moved on to my primary care doctor and will be getting treatment from them now.
