I have been a patient at MD Progressive Care for three years, and it is very disappointing to see how much the front office experience has declined. This office used to be amazing. The previous front desk staff was helpful, respectful, and made patients feel taken care of. Lately, however, there seem to be many new hires, and the level of service is not the same. My most recent experience was extremely frustrating. I originally called to schedule an appointment because I was experiencing severe swelling in my legs. The appointment was not properly confirmed by the staff member I spoke with, and as a result, my appointment was lost. I then had to wait another month to be seen. When I arrived this morning, I was told at the front desk that I would need to pay $300 to be seen. I asked for clarification because I understood this appointment to be my annual physical, and I did not understand why there would be such a large charge. Instead of explaining it professionally, the front desk employee responded in a rude and condescending way, saying, “What do you mean you don’t understand? It’s going to be $300 to be seen today.” That response was completely inappropriate. Patients should be able to ask questions about billing without being spoken to disrespectfully. Several hours later, the office called asking if I wanted to be placed on a payment plan, but still no one could clearly explain why I was being charged $300 in the first place. That only added to the frustration and made the situation feel even more disorganized. After today, I made the decision to leave and find a new provider. That is very upsetting because I had trusted this office for years. The care may have once been excellent, but the front office experience has declined significantly. MD Progressive Care needs to take a serious look at who they are hiring for patient-facing roles and return to the standard of professionalism, kindness, and respect that they used to have. No patient should be treated this way, especially when they are already dealing with a medical concern.
I moved to MD Progressive Care when Dr. Tribble opened the practice, and it’s been impressive to see how quickly it has grown. One of the most important things I look for in a doctor is responsiveness. I had even considered concierge medicine because having a provider you can actually reach is so important—but with Dr. Tribble and his team, it simply isn’t necessary. They respond quickly through the patient app or by phone, and you always feel supported when you reach out. Heidi and the office team do an incredible job handling insurance and prior authorizations behind the scenes, which makes everything seamless for patients. Dr. Tribble himself is outstanding. He stays on top of the latest research and always takes the time to explain things clearly so you understand your care and options. And when you’re in the office, Angel is the best nurse you could ask for—especially if you need injections. He’s incredibly skilled and makes the whole experience comfortable and easy. Highly recommend Dr. Tribble, Heidi, Angel, and the entire MD Progressive Care team.
I’ve been a patient at MD Progressive Care PLLC for over two years, and I can honestly say this has been an exceptional experience from start to finish. Eric and Alejandro (MA) are an outstanding care team. They’re attentive, thoughtful, and take the time to actually listen — not rush, not dismiss, not default to autopilot. Every visit feels intentional and personalized, which is rare and deeply appreciated. What really sets this practice apart is the combination of clinical expertise and genuine care. I always leave feeling informed, supported, and confident in the plan moving forward. The environment is professional, welcoming, and consistently well-run. If you’re looking for a healthcare team that treats you like a whole human — not a chart — this is the place. Highly recommend.
I’ve had such a good experience at MD Progressive Care, especially with Eric and JJ. From the moment you walk in, everyone is kind and welcoming, and the office feels genuinely LGBTQ+ friendly. JJ is fast, efficient, caring, and always on top of refills. Eric is laid back, calming, and clear. The whole staff helps make visits feel easy and comfortable, and I’m really grateful to have found this place.
Great place for women! Very welcoming, positive and non-judgemental. My providers go above and beyond to help me with anything (labs, prescriptions, questions). Easy app for booking appointments and viewing results. Started going for routine testing and lab work. Enjoyed my experience so much I made them my PCP
