This so called surgeon is by far the most arrogant. Non caring physician I've ever had take care of me. I should have sued him how what he did to me. I had repeat surgery 3 weeks after first botched surgery and it was as bad if not worse. Now I'm facing another due to his incompetence. Trust me stay away from this Dr that is if he really is one. Certainly didn't follow the do no harm motto!!

The staff was helpful the doctor is just so arrogant and cocky not willing to take other people's opinions into consideration especially a specialist that recommended the treatment I was looking for. Making excuses as to why he doesn't want to help me he really thinks a gynecologist clinic with 30 year's of experience doing safe genital treatments would offer me something that can rip a testicle the most absurd thing I've ever heard of course he'll defend his position by saying he's the expert in all of this and he knows more than I do and more than the clinic who offered me this treatment in the first place . Unfortunately for me the provider at that clinic left the location all this guy had to do was just be honest and say he doesn't feel comfortable performing the procedure instead he slandered me and the lady who offered me this by saying this could cause severe side effects? Are you serious do you really think a specialist a dermatologist with more than 30 year's of experience would offer me something that could hurt me more just listen to yourself that should be considered slander to make things worse he did not tell me in the end what other options I have he only gave me 15 minutes and was going to charge me 250$ for that this man just lacks sympathy and compassion for anyone but himself he knows he's wrong the worst the treatment could do is nothing whatsoever leave my skin dry I know the risk I was taking I know there wasn't no guarantees even at the first clinic he knows exosomes are a cell free therapy with very little risk all I wanted was to reduce the symptoms to the very minimum this guy talks about needing the treatment every 3 month's which even if that is the case and it helps me out a lot that means I can I back to working in peace and affording my own treatments put yourself in my shoes for a week. This is the problem with doctors today they have a huge ego they don't have any sympathy or compassion they aren't willing to think outside the box for other safe treatments

Dr. Wierschem is very good. His staff would bet a half star. They are horrible on submitting the prescriptions he has ordered. I have had to wait over a month and half to get my prescriptions filled. He might want to high better staff to meet his caliber of care.

The office staff and the Doctors are extremely caring and professional. Dr.Wierschem was very clear on a procedure that was going to be performed. I will admit my nerves were going on the day of the procedure but the staff and doctor helped me through that and I am grateful for that! Very easy going and polite. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else but to Texas Urology in MCKINNEY!!!! I would recommend anyone! Thank you again for the continued services that you do for me and my family.

Dr Wierschem is an excellent urologist. I highly recommend him for any of your urology needs. The thing that impressed me the most is that every time I was in his office for an appointment he was in the room with me for the entire visit rather than delegating to a PA or MA. He also has a great manner about him which instilled confidence in me. I would definitely use him again in the future as a urologist!
