Next Level TRT

Dr. Michael is great, and the entire staff was very professional and welcoming. He took the time to explain much more than just TRT. I had a lot of questions and concerns, and he patiently went over everything with me without making me feel rushed. I’m very pleased with this clinic. If you’re looking for honest answers and a doctor who truly wants to educate you—not just sell you something—this is the right place. A friend recommended this clinic to me, and now I understand why. Great experience with the Next Level TRT Team from the moment I walked in the door until the time I left. Michael was so thorough and took all the time I needed to understand. I felt like he really cared about my health. I was even able to book a Saturday appointment so that my work week was not interrupted. Paperwork was quickly handled online and the office staff was so nice and helpful.

Dr. Ward helped uncover health issues that other doctors had overlooked for years. He took the time to truly listen, dig deeper, and thoughtfully adjust my treatment until we found what worked. Michael comes with a wealth of knowledge! He is an open book and always available to answer questions. I was able to achieve my weight loss goals postpartum, and had several options to choose from which he did go into the depth on everything. The staff is super friendly and it’s encouraging that they all provide some sort of knowledge and or experience with weight loss as well.
