North Texas Family Medicine

Prescreened for clinical trial on phase three drug. Arrival was met with delays, disorganized staff and shuffling from room to room with nothing accomplished. Staff was not friendly and often came into the room and left without a word... definitely none were anywhere near friendly nor appreciative. 90 min of drive. Hour in the office. Not eligible based on details that were disclosed/discussed during the initial interview and follow-up call. After expressing my disapproval if their failings, they assured me they would work to do better. Seems highly unlikely.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr Kaplan. He always treats me like family and I couldn’t recommend him anymore as a PCP. He is attentive, thorough, and is willing to work with you to set realistic goals to improve your health.

I have been seeing Dr. Kaplan over the past few years. He is extremely kind, patient, and thorough. He never rushes through the personal consultation sessions, takes the time necessary to understand my health history and background, review my health condition and test results with a great attention to detail, and provides me with sound health advice to help me maintain and improve my overall health condition. My wife is also a patient of Dr. Akins, who shares the same office as Dr. Kaplan. I highly recommend the North Texas Family Medicine to anyone who is looking for reliable, dependable, honest, and caring family doctor and staff with a high level of medical expertise, professionalism, and knowledge, as we live and thrive in the growing North Texas communities. Dr. Kaplan is absolutely amazing! He takes his time and really listens to you. I feel like he truly cares about me and my physical and mental health. I recommend him to any and everyone that asks. The office staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful. So happy to have found Dr. Kaplan and this office!
