Whoever is answering the phone here is extremely rude. Picked up the phone and she was laughing and speaking to someone else in person so I waited to speak, then she abruptly yelled "Hello?" with attitude like she wasn't just speaking with someone and I was just waiting. Was going to set up my first appointment but absolutely not.

The staff are always pleasant and professional, and Dr.Manik is an excellent doctor, with amazing bedside manor.

I'm a patient here and love the ability to get in on same day appointments, having email access to my physician, and being able to get so much attention with my treatment. I've never before been able to spend so much time with a doctor and feel as though they cared about my health and well being. If you want a quality concierge doctor in Dallas that gives you personal attention, this is your place to go.

Dr. Steve Lau is outstanding! I’ve been his patient for well over a decade and the quality of his care has always been fantastic. He goes the extra mile in every way and is worth every penny as a concierge physician. He’s an outstanding communicator and coordinator for my care. Couldn’t look for a better doctor because they just don’t exist.

Employees bring small children to work. The twin physicians sign each others patient documents. The workers are lazy. Lots of OSHA violations. Medical assistants eat at their work stations with syringes near by exposed. The doctors are rarely there, and always late when they do show up. Going to a county hospital would be more effective and affordable than paying $5000 for poor concierge service.
