I would go somewhere else. I had an appointment with Henry Townsend. They had to reschedule my appointment 2 times. First time I have no idea but I had an appointment tomorrow and they had to change it because their office closes if Plano ISD is closed. I can't just change on a dime that quickly with work. Their next appointment is over a month out. So they can easily move appointments around but there is no wiggle room if it doesn't work for your schedule.

Years ago I was a patient of Dr. Samsula. Now I see Dr. Shumate. I just love both of them and their staff. They are great clinicians and I never have trouble getting an appointment when needed. Kudos NTPHP!

This is my first experience with a concierge physician service. I will definitely continue to be Dr Shumate's patient. He is a really great doctor! He listens,he's compassionate and he truly cares. His nurse, Elizabeth, is wonderful. She is efficient about getting you in quickly to see Dr Shumate and truly cares as well. Whenever I go, I have to bring several of my children with me. This is not at all a problem because the ladies at the front counter do not mind and absolutely love my children! Going here is always enjoyable and the wait time is minimal. The appointment is not rushed and everyone here is very patient and understanding! If you're willing to pay the concierge fee, I strongly recommend Dr Shumate.

Dr. DUONG and the entire staff are professional, knowledgeable and caring in every way!!! I trust them completely to oversee my heath care. Concierge medicine is the only way to go...they care about the patient and not the money. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!! Sue Robinson
