No longer giving quality service. 😢 I started back using their services, and the prices went up tremendously. But, because I was a repeat customer, they offered me a discount, which was still more than the original price. I had my first appointment, and for whatever reason, they did not reschedule me. I usually go once a month. I called after my month was up to do a walk in and was told by the owner that the product was out of stock and would be in on that Monday, and he would ship it to me. Monday came no call. I called Monday afternoon, and he told me it did not come in, but he expected it on Tuesday and would call then around 10 am. Tuesday comes still no call. I called and spoke with another employee and was told the product came in and the owner would call me in the next 5 minutes to place my order. This is around 11 am. I never received any calls on Tuesday. I probably called 20 times, and no one answered the phone (during business hours). Then I called other lines, and they would just hang up the phone. I sent messages through the chat, shows read, but no response. They usually always answer the phone. I called repeatedly the next day, and still no one answered the phone. In my opinion, they do not want to honor the discounted price they agreed to because they have the opportunity to make more money. I am very disappointed.

Today is 9-9-2020 Still no further communication from any one from this place. I guess I hit a nerve. We get it. No one had any intentions of reaching back out to my husband. Instead he got a phone call to ask if I was his wife. I wonder what that was about. Anyway. We got it loud and clear. No help from this place. In RE: to previous review. The staff have been in contact with my husband. Our hope is that his experience continues to improve. Everyone deserves a 2nd chance. I'm a firm believer that actions speak louder than words. The ball is back in their court. It was my encouragement to my husband to give them a try. I really feel that this place can be asset.

They were so understanding! I was a little late for my appointment and they still made me feel welcomed. David was very kind and knowledgeable. We even discussed health issues and I purchased a supplement to help my prediabetes naturally. I can’t wait to try!

The owner isn’t responsive to calls and is really defensive about the issue. There was also a ton of Protected Health Information lying around the front desk, dozens of charts exposed. When asked if they were cleaning house or had a project, the answer was no. Healthcare 101, keep your files clean and out of sight to front desk customers and own up when service is lacking. Don’t project just because your business is lacking.

I have been a patient of RestoreDOC MD for six months. I have seen an improvement in my strength and virility. I am 60 yrs old but now I have the sex drive of a twenty year old. I love this place and the staff is very friendly and easy to speak with. I highly recommend RestoreDOC MD to anyone looking for a men's wellness or testosterone clinic.
