Great clinic with friendly staff! Highly recommended. Easy process and they work with insurance. Sooo glad I chose this clinic over the competition.

After 10 years of treatment at SynergenX, I confirmed with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield that my TRT is covered. This has nothing to do with my insurance, but everything to do with them no longer wanting to take my insurance and forcing me to a weekly $70 self pay rate. Unacceptable. I have insurance! SynergenX still refused to allow me use my insurance unless I stopped treatment and retested below 300 ng/dL — their “internal policy”. That means being forced to intentionally lower hormone levels after a decade of medically supervised care just to qualify again. They didn’t accept my appeal and no patient advocacy — they simply told me “there’s nothing we can do.” If you’re planning to use your insurance, understand this before you start, they can change their internal policy at any moment with no regard to your treatment or well being. Choose wisely Requiring a patient to become unhealthy again just to qualify for treatment is not patient care — it’s policy over people. There are other clinics out there that will actually work with their patients and except the insurance coverage, so I found A new provider who takes my insurance. Even if you have to call them every day to get your medical records released to you because they will drag their feet because again “internal policy” What once was a great men’s testosterone treatment center has unfortunately become the bottom of the barrel in my opinion due to incompetent ownership and management I found a new clinic separate from this one and so far it has been so much better.

🚨Scammers🚨 You'll see ads from them on Instagram or Facebook suggesting that you can sign up for a "free TRX kit" having you fill out all your personal information and when you go the the clinic the offer is not valid and they'll give you a spiel about starting out on their entry level kits that are "affordable" that you would have to pay for. False advertisement is a illegal practice. Stay away from this establishment all over Texas!

The clinic is dirty. I was one of the first people in the door and the visit room trashcan had used gloves and injections. Inbody machine is dirty and I was handed a wipe to clean myself.

Garbage!! Don’t waste your time. Try to bill me for crap a year later. Give me a break. So many better ways.
