I had an excellent experience with Dr. Patel and his entire staff. From the moment I arrived, everyone was professional, kind, and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during my procedures, providing reassurance and support every step of the way. Dr. Patel and his team created an environment where I felt truly valued as a patient. They took the time to ensure I felt at ease throughout the procedures and were incredibly supportive with the aftercare as well. Their compassion, professionalism, and attention to patient comfort made a lasting impression on me. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel and his practice to anyone looking for exceptional care and a supportive medical team.

Had three vein procedures done with Dr. Patel to help reduce some swelling I was starting to have in my ankle areas due to vein insufficiency. I was very nervous, but he walked me through the procedure and explained during the procedure each step of the way so I knew what to expect. His medical assistances were great in prepping me for the outpatient surgeries and giving me the needed recovery information as well. Very caring and informative staff at this center. So far, extremely happy with the results that I’m seeing this quickly at this stage of my recovery.

I had the 1st of 3 Vein Ablations June 26. Dr. Patel and Assistant were awesome! Very kind, attentive, and talks to you the whole time! Friendly office staff! Quick procedure from start to finish! Very little pain afterwards, and just minimal bruising up and down my leg, and a bit sore at the incision, and injection spots! Instant relief on my leg though! Personally, I feel this procedure needs more than just pain injections, to control the pain! This hurt, and I’m pretty tough, being a 3 time cancer survivor, and too many surgeries to count, because of it! You need heavier sedation, for pain control! I have a very high pain tolerance, but this hurt! No, it wasn’t unbearable, but hurt enough that I’m really dreading the next two! My leg that I had the procedure done on, feels great, so I am looking forward to having both legs feel whole again! My advice is to talk to your doctor ahead of time to see if you can’t take a heavier sedative or something to help with the pain, a bit better! Still, Dr. Patel and staff are AWESOME, and I’m glad that I am doing this! I told Dr. Patel that for the next two, I’m coming in drunk and stoned! lol, I wasn’t joking, and I don’t even drink, smoke, or do drugs!

Initially the visit was great! Everyone was nice. I was told that I would consult with the doctor that would actually do my procedure and his assistant or NP. She came in and explained the details of the procedure to the 9's. Very informative. She answered all of my questions to perfection. I felt, after being nervous for weeks waiting for the appointment, I was finally at ease and felt ready. The twist came when she went to get the doctor to finish out the visit. To my dismay I was informed he went to lunch. My appointment was at 11:30. By this time it was 12:45 ish. She said he would be back around 1:45 and I could wait. I drove almost 30 minutes to this appointment, waited about 45 minutes to get called back and had to be at work at 2:00. I specifically had my work schedule planned around this visit. So obviously I couldn't wait. At that point she said that would be no problem she could just have the doctor to call me over the phone and discuss the visit. My appointment was Monday 4/20 today is Friday and still no call from the doctor, nurse, or anyone from that office. Now I'm nervous again because, what the heck is going on at this point? Really disappointing. I guess I will have to reach out to them which doesn't make me very happy because do they not value me as a patient?
