I love how friendly and professional the staff at Better Health Medical - Primary Care are. The front desk greets you with a smile, the nurses are attentive and take time to answer questions, and the doctors are knowledgeable and caring. It’s reassuring to have a reliable primary care physician you can trust. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great family doctor.

Very good experience. Arielle is great at the desk and Dr. Reeves is great as well. You don't feel like just a patient because they really go over with you on everything, very detailed. My husband and I are going here now and we are very satisfied with our experience.

I saw Christine Reeves last week after my previous doctor retired, and I honestly wasn’t sure I’d ever find another provider I felt comfortable with. Thankfully, I did. Christine is tremendous—intelligent, understanding, personable, and incredibly easy to talk to. She took the time to listen, answered my questions thoroughly, and made me feel heard instead of rushed. Finding a healthcare provider you trust isn’t easy, and I’m very grateful I found her. I was able to get an appointment quickly and was seen without much issue, which I appreciated. However, my experience afterward was frustrating. I was initially told my symptoms were due to allergies, which turned out to be incorrect. I later saw a specialist and received a proper diagnosis. I understand that Total Health is a primary care clinic, so I don’t fault the physician for not identifying the issue right away. That said, I do take issue with the billing. I was charged for a Level 4 visit, which feels inappropriate given the nature of the appointment. I wasn’t prescribed any medication and was simply advised to purchase over-the-counter allergy meds. It’s hard to understand how that qualifies as a higher-level visit. For comparison, I was charged less at urgent care when I had a throat infection, where testing was performed and medication was prescribed. That makes this charge even harder to justify. I contacted the billing department, and they said they would send it back to the clinic for review, but nothing was ever updated. The lack of follow-through and the apparent upcoding feels misleading and unprofessional. At this point, I’m working with my insurance to dispute the charge.

Overall, the visit was good. I took my son in for a sick visit, and the nurse who took him back was very nice and understanding — my son even mentioned how kind the provider were. We would definitely come back. The only downside was the lobby. I’m not sure if it was restock day, but the beverage selection was very limited, and the coffee area was a bit messy for a clinic. Other than that, everything else was great.
