I had a great experience visiting Dr. Alex Udabor at Total Men’s Primary Care today. The location is easy to access, which made the visit convenient from the start. The office, exam rooms, and restrooms were all very clean and well kept, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The receptionists were welcoming and professional, and the check-in process was smooth. Dr. Udabor was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to. He took his time to get to know me, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure to see if I had any concerns or issues I wanted to discuss. I never felt rushed. As a man, it can be hard to find the right primary care doctor, but after this visit, I feel confident that I can rely on Dr. Udabor and his team for my care. Highly recommend.
I had a physical at Total Men’s Clinic in Addison a few days ago, and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the care I received. Dr. Villanueva was outstanding professional, thorough, and genuinely caring. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the experience smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent care.
I went in for some recommendations as far as testosterone and other peptides and Jennifer Villanueva got me right was so happy with my experience I’ve been on this cycle now for 5 weeks now and I’m already seeing results happy with my products and happy with my service and thanks Jennifer!!
I greatly appreciated the ability to see Alex Ubador on such short notice after coming down with a fever and cold. It is rare to find a provider who possesses both high-level clinical knowledge and an approachable demeanor. Alex was exceptionally patient, addressing each of my questions thoroughly and ensuring I was comfortable with the treatment plan before the appointment concluded!
I don’t understand how an office that schedules an appointment ahead of time calls to say their provider won’t be on-site and that I would have to do a TeleMed appointment instead. When I called to get clarification, Alexis was so flustered by my questions that she just caught an attitude. I wasn't being mean and I gave her the opportunity to speak, but she clearly didn't want to answer my questions and chose to have an attitude while we were on the phone. This is exactly why Google reviews exist—for transparency.
