Total Men's Primary Care - McKinney North

I had a 9:40am appointment and arrived on time, having already completed the required paperwork online. After waiting about 30 minutes, I was informed that there was an insurance processing issue and that it could take much longer, with the suggestion that I reschedule. This was disappointing, especially since no prior communication was provided regarding potential delays. Patients plan their schedules around appointments, and clear communication and efficiency should be a priority. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations and I’ll choose another provider who cares.

The staff there is very friendly, but I wasn’t too happy with the doctor. He seemed to be in a rush to get through my appointment and move on to the next patient. I mentioned another issue I was having, but he didn’t even bother to check it. I will definitely be going to another doctor.

The clinic is very clean and the staff is very professional. We walked through my insurance, medical history, and current medical issues. My primary care physician was easy to talk through and was very informative on the path for my medical needs. Glad I found a place that focuses on my physical and mental health!

I’ve been trying to find an appointment for a general checkup through my insurance. The soonest availability was a month out. And the insurance website is overly convoluted. Total Men’s was able to see me the following week. They were friendly, thorough and addressed all my questions fully. Game changer.

I had a great experience! The staff was very helpful and although I had shown up past my appointed time they were able to get me in and very quickly got me through the process. I felt cared for and the attention I received was outstanding.
