Innovation Health Hormone Replacement - Medical Weight Loss Roswell

1st : I had a very disappointing experience with Innovation Health Hormone Replacement. Their prices are much higher than other clinics, and they charged me for the consultation when many other providers offer consultations at no cost. 2nd: I never received a call to discuss my lab results. When I called to ask why no one had contacted me, I was told, "You can see the results online." Of course I can access the results, but I'm not a medical professional. The whole reason for paying for a consultation is to have an expert explain what the lab results mean, answer my questions, and discuss the next steps. Instead, I was left to interpret everything on my own. That level of care and follow-up is unacceptable, especially considering how expensive their services are. 3rd: After this disappointing experience, I went to Elite Health HRT in Roswell, and the difference was night and day. The initial consultation was free, their lab work and medication were less expensive, and they took the time to review and explain all of my lab results in detail. They also use a professional body composition scale that measures body fat, water percentage, muscle mass, and other health metrics. In contrast, Innovation Health only used a basic scale. If you're looking for weight loss treatment, this is not the right clinic. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money on this place.

Have had nothing but a great experience at Innovation Health Roswell- the staff (especially my girl Yami) are super friendly, happy to answer any questions, and make you feel extremely comfortable. I enjoy going weekly- and have seen progress and improvement in my overall health and wellbeing thanks to their services.

Ana is amazing!!!! She took such amazing care of my mother, and was willing to put her life down for the betterment of her Patients!! I Can’t say anything but amazing things about this establishment about the welcomeness, but especially anna what a warrior 10/10 Will definitely be there for a long time :)

When I first started going here they were very efficient. A nurse practitioner was always there and easy to access. Something has changed. It takes forever when you go in to get your supplies. If you would like to speak to the nurse practitioner they tell you: “she will call you tomorrow between 10 and 6:00”. This doesn’t work for me. I would like to schedule and actually time for her to call- they won’t do that and you can’t get what you need without speaking with her. I’m not sure what has happened here but they are terribly unorganized and not as helpful as they once were. I would recommend you trying somewhere else and save yourself the frustration.

Yami, was wonderful! She explained everything in detail and made me feel comfortable after my decision on my weight loss plan! Stop by and don’t think twice about it!
