Reviews & ratings
Just had my first infusion here for some migraine medication and had to come leave a review! The entire experience was lovely, and the staff were so kind and attentive. I had a 30 minute infusion and it flew by; the chairs are really comfortable and they have some snacks and coffee if you’re wanting anything! I’ve never had a medication infusion before so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but the process flew by. If you need to come here you will definitely find the overall process to be as relaxing and comfortable as possible.
Stellar Staff Shines at Paragon Infusion Center. I have gone there for my Vyepti infusion. The friendly and professional staff truly made the experience a breeze. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the attentive nurses who monitored my infusion, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being. The facility itself was spotless and inviting, offering a calming atmosphere that helped me relax during the treatment. While infusions aren't exactly a picnic, Paragon made the process as smooth and pleasant as possible. Highly recommend for anyone seeking top-notch infusion care in Alpharetta!
Poor poor poor communication. Waited over 3 weeks for them to schedule an injection. Multiple calls to the facility and finally called after 3 1/2 weeks after we scheduled a flight to Austin to receive the same medication. The Austin office is better (not great) at returning calls. I would look elsewhere for these services
I cannot rate this place high enough. I almost don’t want to let the world know about them because I’d like to keep this gem all to myself. Haha. I inquired if I could still have treatment if I had done/taken xxxxxx. They simply adjusted my “cocktail”. AS I was being treated, they explained each bag of fluid (I went through I think 4-5? before hooking me up. As well as telling me which number it was, how long it would take for that one and how many more I had. My particular issue was for a migraine. An INTENSE, skull cracking eye popping migraine. Granted my dr. provided the recipe for the cocktail I was to receive, these nurses (or doctors. I don’t know which. I was in horrific pain) were more knowledgeable than many doctors I DO go to! There was one ingredient that a lot of people have negative reactions to. They discussed it with me so I could make an informed decision. They told me the side effects and benefits. Who does that?? Not any doctor, that’s for sure! Ok, now onto the immaculately clean facility, that also provides a variety of sweet and savory snacks, coffee, drinks, water and I forget what else. One day I was so poorly someone brought them to me! The migraine room/s are solo. They are dark. As with all of the chairs, they are very comfortable recliners. I mean comfortable. Nothing is comfortable to me with my spine pain. They have blankets, etc., but welcome you to bring anything you want, pillows, blankets, ANYTHING (not your cats or dogs of course, haha). OH! And the rest of the place is windows open to the outside. It’s absolutely lovely! Well done, Paragon, well done! I wish I had photos, but that was the last thing on my mind. I am SO THANKFUL I found Paragon. I literally feel like they dropped straight out of heaven and into my lap.
Amazing experience. Was diagnosed with MS in 2019, and this was by far the best infusion service that I’ve received. An amazing staff! I’ll definitely continue to come back.
