very rude woman at the front desk behind the counter. has a dark colored hair & messy ponytail, bad attitude. short tempered. seems like she dislikes her job so maybe find a new one instead of treating people badly who are already dealing with enough stress in life. Zero stars. thanks
Unruly driver parked next to us nearly hitting our car in the Publix parking lot outside of Jersey Mike’s Subs today November 26th. Not once did the driver re park the Claratel van.
I've been going to 3110 Clifton location since June 2024. I enjoy the individual therapy, but the fact they won't chg my doctor and she's the same doctor my mother been seeing why before i begin attending I don't like. Also they will not help me with Housing at all. I've been at expensive extended stays, my mom's and now currently living in a room house. Everyone keep saying they help with Housing but I'm getting no leads nor help. Every where I'm going in Georgia mysteriously losing my applications or saying it's a wait and it's been months. Even places I went to back in 2022 saying they lost application paperwork.
Very unprofessional!!!!! Their number is always out of service. Or no one every answer ! I wouldnt recommend long-term if u have a serious mental health and need your meds. You will never get to your meds .. because no ever answers the phone . This is real life situations these people don't care . They should have chose to flip burgers instead . Instead of having a BIG RESPONSIBILITY to help PEOPLE!
This is the most ghetto, underfunded mental health service I've ever received. Ironically, if you get the clinical up in Decatur, then they're nice and the process was easy enough (just a very long wait when it's your first time). But the Kirkwood clinic? It took five weeks to get them to stop sending reminders to the wrong phone. When you call rarely ever does anyone pick up. And the links for online therapy appointments are always sent AFTER the session had already started! I had a session for 10:30 today and it sent me the reminder and link at 12:10!! Y'all honestly made me suicidal more often than fixing my health.
