Concentra Urgent Care

I would like to recognize the exceptional care I received from the Concentra team in Decatur. By far, this is one of the best Concentra locations in Georgia. From the moment I arrived, Devon made me feel welcomed and valued. Dr. Williams took the time to thoroughly evaluate my condition, listened carefully to my concerns, and ensured I understood every aspect of my treatment plan. Mrs. Camersha and the entire staff consistently treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. I would also like to recognize Desha, the X-ray technologist. She was incredibly sweet, patient, understanding, and compassionate. She made me feel comfortable during a very painful time, explained each step of the imaging process, and treated me with kindness and respect. Her calming presence and genuine concern for my well-being made a significant difference in my experience. A special thank you to Chris, my physical therapist. Chris exemplifies professionalism and excellence in patient care. He is patient, supportive, encouraging, and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure his patients feel heard, motivated, and confident throughout their recovery. He takes the time to explain each exercise, monitors progress carefully, and creates an environment where patients feel supported every step of the way. His dedication and commitment to helping patients heal are truly commendable. What truly sets this location apart is its outstanding teamwork. Every member of the team communicates effectively, supports one another, and works seamlessly together to provide the highest level of patient care. It is evident that they share a common mission—to ensure every patient receives compassionate, efficient, and high-quality care. Despite a busy environment, the team remained attentive, organized, and dedicated to meeting each patient’s needs. Their collaboration, professionalism, and commitment to excellence created an experience that exceeded my expectations. Thank you to Devon, Dr. Williams, Mrs. Camersha, Desha, Carlos, and the entire Concentra Decatur team. Your compassion, teamwork, and unwavering dedication made a difficult time much easier. Your commitment to excellence is evident in everything you do, and I truly believe this is one of the finest Concentra clinics in Georgia. Supervisor of location was extremely rude and dismissive although i was very kindly and respectfully asking for her assistance. The other staff members were very understanding and tried to assist as much as possible. Supervisor needs to work on her grace and the way she speaks to people. God bless.

I always have such a good experience at this Concentra. As a travel nurse, I come here quite often for labs, physicals, drug screens, etc… Everyone is always so polite and, even if there’s a wait, they let me know how long it might be. Ms Kay takes care of me 9 out of 10 times and she is a delight! Always kind, always curious, efficient, and she just makes the visit that much easier. I will continue to come here as often as I can!

Dejah and Kay were great! I was a walk-in for work required physical and was seen within an hour at a busy time. I had many checks (eyesight, chest xray, ekg, auditory etc) done and wasn't left waiting for any of them for too long. What made it especially great were the fantastic nurses who made my experience insightful and fun. Dejah had excellent bedside manner. If I ever have to go to urgent care, I'm coming here.

Very slow and understaffed. The crew in the back of the facility were absolutely amazing and pleasant to work with. A few ladies at the front desk were snappy and not very help. I do understand they were frustrated but when you are helping people you should always be pleasant and willing to help and they were NOT. For a simple drug test i had to wait over 2 hours and i got there at 8:17am. Once i got to the back i wasn’t back there not even 10 minutes which was great but the over 2 hr wait was absolutely insane. I have been to Concentra before and this location was by far the worst.
