Vital records office for getting birth certificate was awesome. I was out within 15 mins . The person in counter was very courteous The office closes at 4 pm .

5 stars ⭐️ I wish I could give double that! As I lay here sick 🤢 after eating bad food at 6:30am all I could think about is the amazing service admin Tanika Brown gave. I’m disgusted with most people actions today at how little the people give a darn, not only am I’m surprised that I came across someone who cares but also understand the importance of health and safety it was honorable speaking with this young lady obviously was hand picked by the best Mrs Brown with those like you the world 🌍 is heading towards a better future, I could never thank you enough 😇🫵🏾👋🏾✌️🤜🏽🤛🏽

All were wonderful nice ladies working here, from security lady, receptionists, everyone else They are ready to answer your questions and help you where you need to go. I had to get my Tetanus booster shot and the nurse works in immunization center reminded me that one of my HepB vaccine doses was too close to the second shot and I needed to get one dose. Kudos to you all hard working ladies.

My experience was really good! They accommodated both of my grandkids when our certificates of immunization had expired. It was 2 different visits. We received the notices in the mail very late! I was very grateful for the intake person upstairs and the ones downstairs and the nurses that serviced us were very informative and handled the kids with care. I was truly grateful!

I walked out because the service was very poor.. One older lady has the clients to sign a sheet, and she being the only person calling names takes her own slow time. The front desk service doesn't consider that people have school or jobs to get to the same day and don't have time to sit hearing the names of only four people being called in 30 minutes. Some clients" situations required a lot of time. At that rate I would have been late for work, so I had to wake out. The first lady needs help checking people in since people were there for different reasons. It's common for Government workers to work very slow when the public is there needing there help.
