Very pleased with my experience here today. Wasn't sure what to expect coming in today. Im always skeptical with all the scams and nonsense out there these days. The staff here from the start made feel like I was at home. I really feel like they were being honest and straight forward with me, and that means the world to me. I highly recommend you coming and seeing for yourself. Im extreme happy that I did today. Such amazing staff and looking forward to continuing this journey with them.

The practice put my husband on a reoccurring plan instead of the one time payment that we verified with 3 separate people in the office before service. Then they automatically “renewed“ his non-membership. The company did what they could to correct the issue after it was brought to their attention. The office staff and Dr were nice and knowledgeable at the time of the initial appointment. We won’t use them again, but if you’re interested in membership opportunities with their services, I’m not going to tell you not to use them. In response: Sir, signing forms AFTER CONFIRMATION that the agreement was for a ONETIME charge and NOT A MEMBERSHIP and then indicating that the forms are only for memberships is the equivalent to gaslighting me into saying it’s our fault that your staff, for lack of a better word, lied. Either your staff needs to be trained in what a non-membership/non-renewal looks like or your policies need to include clearly indicating that you do not offer anything other than automatic reoccurring memberships.

Great visits. Entire team was fun to talk to and easy to work with. Came up with an action plan for me and got started immediately. Highly recommend.

The staff at GMH @ Alpharetta has provided nothing short but outstanding support and services.
