Fast and very detailed. I love the front desk receptionist (Daryn) she’s very fun and down to earth. She is also very knowledgeable on the whole process. The NP explained everything very much in detail. Love the atmosphere here and how comfortable I feel.

I had a great consultation from start to finish. The entire staff was professional, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making the experience as comfortable as possible. I especially want to recognize Daryn. She took the time to explain every step of the process, including the differences between the blood work performed at the facility and what would typically be done by my primary care physician. I had questions about fasting and whether I was hydrated enough, and she answered everything with patience and confidence. You could tell she was genuinely passionate about blood analysis and the science behind it. Her knowledge, organization, and kindness made me feel like more than just a patient; I honestly felt like royalty. The doctor was equally impressive. He took the time to learn about me and my history instead of treating the appointment like a checklist. He explained my lab results in detail, broke down the available services, and shared practical advice that was easy to understand and apply. A couple of things he said really stuck with me: “When you get your groceries, stay on the outside perimeter,” and “What we provide is a raft, you still have to row.” Those simple analogies made healthy habits feel realistic and achievable. I left feeling informed, encouraged, and genuinely motivated to improve my health. If you’re considering scheduling a consultation, engage with the staff and ask questions. They’re incredibly knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and truly invested in helping you succeed. I highly recommend this team and appreciate the exceptional care they provided.

The practice put my husband on a reoccurring plan instead of the one time payment that we verified with 3 separate people in the office before service. Then they automatically “renewed“ his non-membership. The company did what they could to correct the issue after it was brought to their attention. The office staff and Dr were nice and knowledgeable at the time of the initial appointment. We won’t use them again, but if you’re interested in membership opportunities with their services, I’m not going to tell you not to use them. In response: Sir, signing forms AFTER CONFIRMATION that the agreement was for a ONETIME charge and NOT A MEMBERSHIP and then indicating that the forms are only for memberships is the equivalent to gaslighting me into saying it’s our fault that your staff, for lack of a better word, lied. Either your staff needs to be trained in what a non-membership/non-renewal looks like or your policies need to include clearly indicating that you do not offer anything other than automatic reoccurring memberships.

Great visits. Entire team was fun to talk to and easy to work with. Came up with an action plan for me and got started immediately. Highly recommend.

Daryn is the best! She’s always very helpful and answers any questions I have. Highly recommend Gameday Alpharetta, it’s changed my life!
