If I could give this place No stars, I would. This place does not care about their clients at all. All they care about is the money they're pulling in. The teachers pick on the clients to the point of them getting upset. This place should be closed down. It's not helping anyone but the owner's pocketbook. Everyone has had problems with genesis alliance should report them The Georgia department of mental health and development. The teachers obviously do not know how to work with mental health clients. They should all go work at McDonald's where they don't have to deal with people.

I am so impressed by Genesis Alliance and the level of care they provide both to the community and their employees. When I tell you all this place is trash. It is trash. They do not have good customer service, nor do they have good communication about appointments or information that they find out from a doctor that is supposed to be passed to you. The management is rude and they seem to try to push everything off on you as if you are a part of the management team. They scapegoat issues that you bring forward to them.I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. If you want to be ignored, then definitely go to this place. If you want to be treated, go somewhere else.

The only company I know that truly has a love for ALL of their clients, their well being, their progress and especially their mental health. It takes a special team of people who are dedicated to provide the most intensive community mental health services to individuals and their families. I love it there!!!!

Doctor was an hour late for the appointment for my partner, and then ignored my partner's medical history, prescribing medication that has not worked in the past. The phlebotomist blew out my partner's vein and then tried to use the used needle to find another vein. The ramp to get in is in serious need of repairs, and appears to be just a piece of plywood. No mention has been made of therapy (the most important service my partner needs), and every time either one of us asks about it, staff dodges the question. Apparently it is something that starts after a second evaluation with the clinic. When we leave a message (because the phone is seldom answered) the message has yet to be returned. We have decided to go with a different provider.
