This place has no respect for an individual time. I’ve been taking my brother-in-law for the past two years. Today was the last. We are always there from 3 to 4 1/2 hours just sitting in the exam room. Dr Ross is okay but lately she’s not able to remember anything from the prior visits. Let me say the visits are only 1 to 2 weeks apart. I understand you are familiar with pin and paper but let’s get up to date with keeping track via electronic devices. I have never received a call regarding Lab work, etc. when you go back everything has to be repeated and still no results. This location needs to be evaluated, professions replaced, etc.

This office has a booking issue. There were red flags flying high during my first visit when I had to leave and come back later that day after waiting 2 hours to be seen. During my follow up visit I left again before being seen due to other commitments. Now, I'm back for my follow-up appointment and just realized that I need to find a new office. I came here wanting to be close to home but if driving further out would mean that my time isn't taken for granted then so be it. Dr. Ross is great but the office logistics is horrible. 3 hours later and I'm leaving again without being seen. Would not recommend 0/10.

Ross is a great doctor but my issue is with the BILLING Department where I made an error and paid Ga Clinic instead of Ga Power! I’ve been trying to get a refund since June 30, 2025 with nothing but the run around and today is August 21, 2025! They’ve transferred me from number to number and from department to department….still WAITING!

I brought my son there at 10am his first visit. It took on e hour fir them to call him back then it took another hour and a half of waiting for the doctor once he got back there before deciding to just leave. It worse than the emergency room waiting. The doctor ( a black woman who was probably lying) said" Im your doctor and ill be in there in a minute" still waited forever and then left. This is the worst ive seen in doctors appointments of my entire life. I'm a disabled veteran and the VA emergency is 100 times better than this! What a joke and dismissive environment this doctors office is.

I am a patient here and have been calling for THREE weeks to get a medication refill. This is unacceptable. No one is friendly. Don’t make an appointment here!!!!!
