Very poor customer service. Treatment for neuropathy absolutely worthless. They tried to put an implant in my husband's ear to supposedly help his feet. Painful, and worthless. On top of everything they didn't do the work. Brought some other company in & they had no clue what they were doing. Now they want to charge us $3000 after telling us the insurance covered it. Don't recommend these people to anyone they are quacks. If I could give negative stars I would. I also agree with the lady about appointments not being on time.

The doors of the Woodstock location were closed without notice. I was being seen for neuropathy treatment. It is very hard to get anyone on the phone. I still have visits left that I have paid in full for and I can not get anyone on the phone to give me my money back or to even set up a visit. The treatments I have had did not help. So think twice before you give these people your money.

The info I received was not at all what I was informed about when I arrived. The consultation was supposed to be free, but they wanted a fee of $120.00 to start the initial consult and exam. I'm not impressed with this clinic.

As soon as I walked in I felt comfortable. From staff to doc, this place is the real deal!
