This place has absolutely no business calling itself a medical clinic. I went in with an infected ingrown toenail — a straightforward issue that should’ve been handled quickly by any competent medical professional. What I got instead was one of the worst healthcare experiences of my life. The staff — clearly incompetent medical professionals — were completely in over their heads. They tried to numb me with three shots that were clumsy, painful, and done with no skill or care. They clearly had no idea how to use a needle properly. My toe ended up more sore and bruised than it was when I walked in — and I still wasn’t numb. Even worse, they tried to convince me that it was normal to feel everything during a procedure like this. They knew I wasn’t numb and tried to move forward with the procedure anyway. That’s not just unprofessional — that’s negligent. I asked multiple times what they were doing, what the plan was, and whether I was actually numb enough for them to proceed. Every answer was vague, dismissive, and careless. Twice, they poked directly into the infection without any warning or consent. Just jabbed at it like I wasn’t even in the room. I felt completely disrespected and unsafe. In the end, they failed to do the procedure and sent me home with antibiotics — a useless band-aid for a problem they couldn’t solve. The next day I went to a real podiatrist who handled the whole thing with precision, care, great communication, and almost zero pain. For the same cost with insurance. Getuwell Sandy Springs should not be touching patients, period. They are not equipped, not trained, and not honest about what they can or cannot handle. They wasted my time, cost me money, made my condition worse, and broke any trust I had in urgent care clinics. If you need a blood pressure check or a prescription, maybe you’ll be fine. But if you need actual care — go anywhere else. This clinic is a danger to patients and needs to be held accountable.
I had an annual exam here recently and the experience was very uncomfortable. The nurse practitioner had long, sharp acrylic nails (painted red), even though gloves were worn. This caused significant pain during the procedure, which I don’t think is appropriate or professional. After a blood draw, I also experienced noticeable bruising for more than a week. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and careless. I hope the clinic takes hygiene, comfort, and basic professionalism more seriously in the future. I wouldn’t recommend this place anymore.
Had a great experience. They were able to see me right away. The nurse practitioner Jasmine was very informative about my sius infection. I highly reccomend it!
The staff at this location in Particular, Jasmine Henry Physicians Assistant and Nurse Patricia are very kind, compassionate and Caring. The exemplify professionalism at its best. If needed urgent care again, This would be my # 1 go to, The wait was minimum and did not feel rushed.
I have been seeing Dr Bachar since May, earlier this year. I am not fond of doctors and get bad anxiety when I go see one, which at the time was about 15 years past due. I went to see Dr Bachar because I was having panic attacks and bad anxiety. With my trust in him, we came up with a game plan to attack the root causes. Finally, after 6 months, I am clean from alcohol and kratom. It would have been so much harder without his support and understanding. This man took the time to hear me out, listen and understand. -Gaige
