I was a patient at Nexclin Medicine for more than 4 years. When I first became a patient, it was an excellent practice with attentive providers and staff. Unfortunately, over the years, I experienced a significant decline in the quality of medical care. The most concerning issue was discovering that I had been prescribed the wrong dosage of medication for nearly two years while being treated by one of the practices physicians. During that time, my abnormal lab results were repeatedly overlooked, despite routine follow-up appointments and bloodwork. As a patient, I trusted the providers responsible for managing my care, and this was extremely disappointing. When I discussed my concerns with Dr. Cheema, her recommendation was that I schedule my medical appointments only with her going forward. Why are patients expected to rely on providers within the practice if there are concerns about the consistency of the care they provide? In addition, getting prescriptions sent to the pharmacy accurately and on time became an ongoing challenge. I frequently had to make multiple calls to have prescription issues corrected, creating unnecessary frustration. One of the reasons I remained with Nexclin for so long was because several members of the office staff genuinely care about their patients and always tried to be helpful. However, the repeated issues with my medical care ultimately led me to transfer to another practice because I no longer felt confident in the care I was receiving. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Nexclin Medicine for primary care. I have since established care with another practice and have been very pleased with the level of attention and patient-centered care I've received. It reminds me of what Nexclin was like years ago.

From the moment I walked in for my first visit with Dr. Cheema, I felt welcomed and at ease. The office was clean, inviting, and thoughtfully maintained, which immediately created a sense of comfort. Nurse Holland greeted me with such kindness and warmth. She made the pre-exam process feel effortless and completely stress-free, which I truly appreciated. Dr. Cheema was attentive, thorough, and easy to talk to. She took her time going over everything, asked meaningful questions, and made sure I understood the next steps in my care. I never felt rushed, and that meant a lot to me. I also appreciate that she scheduled a follow-up visit to continue monitoring my progress. Nurse Kiki assisted with my lab work and was absolutely wonderful. Her positive energy and gentle approach truly made a difference—she even had me smiling during the process. The entire visit was smooth, efficient, and completed in about 30 minutes without ever feeling rushed. Every member of the team was professional, caring, and attentive. I’m truly grateful for such a positive first experience and feel confident moving forward with my care here.

Nurse practitioner office. Not a doctors office. Unless you get a small chance to see the doctor which is a 45 day. Wait to see your primary care physician. I left a five star Review when I first started going to this location when I met Dr. Chima, She’s the only competent person in the building, stating that she’s the only actual doctor, she hires the nurse practitioners, They will give you half your prescription or give you none of your prescription, This is not a doctors office. This is a nurse practitioners office. Unless you wanna wait over 45 days an appointment, Which most people don’t go to their Primary care physician and half to wait to be seen. Especially when you leave the hospital and your discharge, they tell you to follow up with your primary care physician, This office was amazing until they involved a bunch of different people and staff who aren’t really 100% qualified. Not knocking nurse practitioners but I would like to see a real doctor. If you would like to see a real doctor. You can’t use this location because they’re only are hiring nurse practitioners. And there is one doctor. Who works there.
