Perspire Sauna Studio

I came here about 4 xs last month. I loved it! It doesn’t have the cold plunge but it’s definitely worth it. Grace helped me a few times . The place is really clean, I love the vibe and would recommend anyone.

Great customer care, clean facility, amenities like face wipes and hair ties. I like the fruit bowl at the desk and that filtered/spring water is made available water. The saunas are extra hot and some rooms are more spacious than others. I leave here feeling healed and revived. The staff here is the best that Ive encountered. Tatiana from Midtown was up there too, with top tier service. Sandy Springs saved those of us who were left high and dry from Virgia Highland and Midtown abruptly closing.

I have been coming to this location for a year and some change and I always love my time here! I would also love to give a huge shout out to Aireaunna and Ellie. They are both extremely helpful they have worked with me so much and they’re always soo kind, friendly, and helpful. I’ve been to other locations but the people here at the Sandy springs location are the best!!!

If I had a business I would hire Aireauna! She was pleasant, knowledgeable and had the patience of a saint! The sauna experience was great too, highly recommend.

Really great experience here. It was my first time and I was given a tour of the facility, as well as where everything was in my room and what each infrared light targeted in the body. The staff member explained the benefits of the membership without pressuring me to purchase. Loved being able to sweat while listening to my faves on YT. Strongly considering making this a monthly routine.
