This prep clinic.. They don't offer prep for free anymore. It used to be you could come to positive impact and get on prep for free. I don't understand how you can be a prep clinic and charge people 20 dollars a bottle for prep. Or send someone out to some third party prep mailing service.. Is this place just a doctors office now? If that's the case just get a regular doctor since this place is overworked and has poor reception. I've spent 5 hours here once trying to see a doctor. I just sobbed in the parking lot afterwards. The last time I was here they didn't even complete my bloodwork and had to come find me in the pharmacy to send me back to the lab.. I guess I'm just not sure who this place is for anymore if you cant get free access to prep.

I've used and been under the care of positive impact for years. The speed, quality, professionalism and their ability to get the job done is rivaled only by the much better funded AHF. If you are in need make this your first stop.

Always a super helpful staff and calm energetic vibe. I love the care PIHC Provides for the beautiful and diverse communities of Atlanta GA. I also live that they have multiple locations, that cater to specific need of their clients

I take my health serious! This place does not! They have messed up my paperwork for a whole two years! And just recently I did my insurance and sign the documents and then when it was time to use my insurance for my healthcare they claim they lost my paperwork! How the hell this happened! Long story short, go somewhere else! These people play games!

Had an appointment at 2 & left at 5:45. - when calling to make an appointment, please be as thorough as possible with customer service on the line especially if you have never been in have them explained the process thoroughly. - if you have already been tested for HIV/STI’s you WILL need to be tested all over again here for their records. (Even with results from other labs) I waited until 3 for my appointment & almost walked out. The manager came out and walked me back and asked me to explain the situation. He was apologetic and I gave him feedback and let him know this could have been prevented with better customer service on the phone. (I explained that I knew it wasn’t his department nor the 2 ladies responsibilities.) the manager, nurses, and lab techs were very helpful, appreciative, and even stayed about an hour past 5 pm (when they close) to make sure I was take care of. I thank the receptionists, manager, nurse, & lab tech for ensuring the VERY long wait time was rectified and I was taken care of. If not for them, this easily would have been a 1 star review. Customer service/the call center representative (when you call) needs to be worked on if not entirely revamped.
