⭐ 0 stars — Very disappointing experience I came to Progressive Medical Center in March 2025 after hearing many testimonials on the radio about people who had improved health issues that traditional medicine had not been able to resolve. I was hopeful because I was struggling with constant fatigue, frequent herpes outbreaks, and toenail fungus, and I was looking for a different approach. I invested approximately $3,700 in their program, which included different tests, including a stool test and a food sensitivity test. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I did not feel I received proper explanations about my results or a clear treatment plan. I was mostly recommended supplements from the pharmacy next to the clinic, but after taking them, I saw no improvement. During my time as a patient, I was transferred between several different providers, and I felt there was no continuity of care. I had to repeatedly explain my situation to new people. I was also not given my food sensitivity test results until I specifically requested them more than a year later. I also paid approximately $1,800 for ten IV therapy sessions that were recommended to improve my immune system, but unfortunately, I did not experience any improvement. In total, I spent more than $5,500 at the clinic and over $3,000 on supplements, and I still have the same symptoms I came in with: fatigue, herpes outbreaks, and toenail fungus. My biggest concerns are the lack of organization, communication. After more than a year, I feel that I did not receive the results or care I was expecting for the amount of money invested. This review reflects my personal experience, and I hope the clinic improves communication, organization, and patient care in the future. My experience was extremely disappointing. The clinic appeared disorganized, communication was poor, I saw multiple different providers, and I never received consistent care or meaningful results. I am requesting a full refund and will be pursuing legal action to recover the money I spent

I came to him for a second opinion after being given a very serious misdiagnosis elsewhere. Dr. Bouquette was the only doctor who took the time to do the proper testing to find the actual root cause of my neurological issues. He saved my life by identifying environmental toxicity that others had completely missed. He is a brilliant, holistic-minded physician who treats the whole person, not just a label. Since then, Dr. Morales has been a man of God in my corner. He is a compassionate, caring, high-integrity advocate who has spent hours of his own time ensuring I get the emergency care I need. Bertie Morris, the Patient Navigator, is an absolute God sent who handles the complex details of my care with grace as we became immediate family; her dedication, ethics and commitment is unmatched. Lori at the front desk is always a wonderful, welcoming face and she has helped me so much through my journey from day even allowed me to sample of few the products she takes for her neurological issues that helped me tremendously then I was sure what I should get for myself. I am going to be stopping by Progressive Nutracare very soon to pick up my recommendations. I am forever grateful for this team’s honesty and dedication.❤️💯
